Value added tax

• Private customers within the EU:
  The VAT rate changes according to the country in the delivery address in the checkout process.
• Private customers outside the EU:
  There is no VAT, as a rule import VAT is payable in the country of residence.
• Business customers within the EU (with VAT number):
  According to the intra-community delivery, no tax is due.
• Business customers within the EU (without VAT number):
  The tax rate applicable in the country of delivery is charged.
• Business customers in Germany:
  The tax rate of 19% (transitory item) will be charged.

Terms of payment
We offer the following payment options:

• Payment in advance
• Payment by invoice (14 days net)
• Payment by credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
• Payment by PayPal
• Payment by direct debit
• Payment by instant bank transfer

Terms of delivery
Our terms of delivery are DAP. The goods are delivered throughout Europe. Shipping costs (excl. statutory value added tax)

 
Deliveries within Germany
For deliveries within Germany shipping costs of 0 Euro will be charged. (flat rate)

Delivery with DHL Express costs 29 euros. (flat rate)

Delivery within Europe
For deliveries within the EU and abroad, shipping costs are 0 euros. 

Delivery times
If in stock is stated in the item description and no other delivery time is specified, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 3 working days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your transfer).

For goods not in stock, the delivery time varies between 3-14 working days (please enquire about the delivery time to obtain an exact delivery date).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have paid in advance, your order will be dispatched as soon as the amount has been credited to our account.
