CP2100 Low frequency current probe series
The Micsig CP2100 series is a range of compact and versatile AC/DC current probes specifically designed for precise measurements in areas such as motor drives, frequency converters, power supplies and avionics. This series offers two models, the CP2100A and the CP2100B, which cover different bandwidths and measurement ranges.
The CP2100A offers a bandwidth from DC to 800 kHz and is ideal for applications that require accurate measurement of currents in the range of 50 mA to 100 A. The CP2100B extends these capabilities with a bandwidth from DC to 2.5 MHz, making it ideal for high-frequency applications.
Both models are capable of measuring currents of up to 100 amps peak, with a typical accuracy of ±3 % at lower currents and ±15 % at higher currents in the 40 A to 100 A range. The probes feature automatic and manual zero-point calibration and an overload indicator, signalled by an audible alarm and a flashing button when the measuring range is exceeded.
