Description
The DP700 probe has two voltage ranges of 70V(20X) and 700V(200X) and 100 MHz bandwidth.Micsig's DP series stands out with its high-precision, high-voltage differential probes that are ideal for critical measurement tasks in power electronics, motor control and high-voltage testing. With bandwidths ranging from 100 MHz to 500 MHz and the ability to measure voltages up to 7000Vpk, this series offers the performance needed for complex high frequency and high voltage applications.
What makes the DP series stand out is its advanced isolation technology. This technology provides exceptional common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and minimises interference, enabling accurate detection of differential signals, even in environments with strong common mode voltages. However, if you are looking for high-end isolation technology combined with sampling of very fast slew rates at very high bandwidths, the SigOFIT series is the right choice.
The DP series is universally applicable and is particularly well suited for the development of switching power supplies, the testing of motor controls and applications such as induction heaters and inverters. Despite their robust performance, the probes are compact - with an overall height of just 2 cm and a sturdy metal housing that ensures high immunity to interference.

High input impedance and low input capacitance, minimised load effect, significantly improved accuracy of the differential signal. High common mode rejection capability, suitable for floating measurements of large common mode voltages at high frequencies.

Low noise over the full bandwidth
To get an idea of the noise, short the input ends and connect them to channel 1. Set both attenuation ratios to 50X, the vertical scale to 250mV/div, the time base to 1ms and the input impedance to 1MΩ:
Noise: 40.62mV (RMS) at full bandwidth.

Excellent bandwidth flatness
The DP series probe has excellent bandwidth flatness and amplitude variations of less than 0.5dB within its half bandwidth range, high accuracy can be maintained even in high frequency bands.
