CP high-frequency probe series
The Micsig CP series is a range of high frequency AC/DC current probes designed for precise measurements of small to medium currents in demanding electronic applications. With a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz and the ability to measure currents of up to 50 amps peak and 30 amps RMS with an accuracy of ±1%, these probes are ideal for analysing high frequency signals in areas such as power electronics, semiconductor development and avionics.
The CP series offers a dual measurement range that enables both small currents from 1 mA (in the 5A range) and larger currents up to 30 A RMS (in the 30A range) to be accurately measured. Thanks to the high sensitivity and excellent signal-to-noise ratio, even minor current fluctuations can be reliably detected. The integrated demagnetisation and auto-zero function ensures easy handling and precise measurements by automatically calibrating the system and eliminating interfering magnetisation.
