Description
The OP5000-RF is an attenuation tip for the SigOFIT series and is compatible with the MOIP200P/350P/500P/1000P. The probe has a voltage range of 5000V with the bandwidth ranging from 300kHz to 50MHz.The other probe tips are available for 20X, 50X, 100X, 200X, 500X, 1000X, 2000X, 5000X & 10000X, 20000X, 30000X, 40000X (MOIP200P/350P/500P/MOIP1000P only) and in 200 MHz, 350MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz for the various models.
The attenuation tips are threaded for easy replacement and accurate measurement of both small and large signals.
