The Micsig SigOFIT MOIP1000P offers a bandwidth of 1 GHz and an outstanding common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 108 dB at 1 GHz, enabling highly accurate differential measurements in demanding high-voltage and high-frequency applications.
The Micsig SigOFIT Gen 3 series represents the latest generation of optically isolated probes, designed to deliver exceptional measurement accuracy, safety, and reliability. Utilizing Micsig's innovative SigOFIT™ technology and laser-powered optical transmission, these probes provide complete galvanic isolation between the oscilloscope and the device under test, significantly reducing interference from common-mode voltages while ensuring uninterrupted high-precision measurements.
With a CMRR of up to 180 dB at DC and 108 dB at 1 GHz, the SigOFIT Gen 3 series accurately captures differential signals even in the presence of strong common-mode voltages. This makes the probes ideally suited for applications involving power electronics, motor drives, inverters, DC/DC converters, electronic ballasts, and advanced GaN and SiC semiconductor devices.

Customized measurement voltage ranges are also available for specialized applications. For low-voltage applications, the probe can also be used without an attenuation tip by connecting an SMA adapter directly to the probe. In this configuration, the probe utilizes an internal attenuation ratio of 2:1, making it suitable for accurate small-signal measurements while maintaining the benefits of optical isolation technology.

CMRR
The SigOFIT probe has a high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of up to 108dB at 1GHz.

GaN suitable
The Micsig SigOFIT probes were developed specifically for GaN and similar applications. To meet the high requirements, the measuring leads are short and the input capacitance is less than 3pF input capacitance.

High accuracy
The SigOFIT probe has excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics and the accuracy of the DC gain is better than 1 %. The maximum noise floor within the range is <0.3mVrms, and the zero drift is <0.1%.

For third generation semiconductors
SiC and GaN devices can switch high voltages in a few nanoseconds and the signal can exhibit high-energy, high-frequency harmonics.
